Program Lead (Mathematica)

Amaka Osuoha is a Program Lead at Mathematica, and will provide strategic operations support as well as research support for MY-CIL. Ms. Osuoha has expertise in operations leadership, project management, technical assistance, environmental scans, literature reviews, and evaluation reporting for federal contracts and initiatives. This includes analyzing qualitative interview data and drafting reports for disability evaluations sponsored by the Social Security Administration and other federal agencies. Ms. Osuoha holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy from Emory University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.

The goal of MY-CIL is to support NIDILRR’s priority for generating and sharing new knowledge that empowers CILs to improve transition outcomes of out-of-school youth from minority backgrounds.
