Dr. David Mann is a Senior Researcher at Mathematica, will lead the literature review (R1) and be a co-PI on the intervention (R6). Dr. Mann brings passion from his personal experience with disability onset while a transition-aged youth and he serves on the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council. He has experience conducting literature reviews for SSA and U.S. Department of Labor, and was the principal investigator for the Clearinghouse for Labor Evaluation and Research’s (CLEAR’s) topic area on employment interventions for adults and transition-age youth with disabilities. Dr. Mann has served on the impact evaluation teams of several randomized control trials funded by SSA, RSA and foundations, including ones focused on transition-age youth with disabilities.
